Appraisal/Performance Management and Capability
The Government has announced punitive new arrangements for teacher appraisal and capability. In response to this the NUT has launched a major national campaign to make sure that teachers retain their right to access fair appraisal and capability procedures.

A detailed briefing for school reps, introducing the above materials, describing the changes and inviting school reps to hold meetings to discuss what steps need to be taken to ensure that fair procedures are in place.
