The purpose of this document is to address some of the queries the Union receives about the disclosure of information (e.g. unsubstantiated allegations) to employers by the police. It supplements the NUT guidance document ‘CRB Checks: Working with Children and Vulnerable Adults’, which may be found at www.teachers.org.
