To be a strong and healthy union the NUT relies on members volunteering to get involved, in whatever way they can, in building the visibility and presence of the union in every school. From simply putting up a poster, to distributing a newsletter, to becoming an elected school representative, there are a number of roles you can play in building the NUT.
