This document provides divisions and associations with information on new capital funding arrangements from the Government. The information will enable divisions to assess the quantum of the funding which is to be made available to their authorities under these arrangements, and to ascertain how it will be spent. Divisions and associations should, therefore, contact their local authority to establish what plans their authority has under these arrangements and identify any points of concern that they may have as a result of the information.
