NUT response to Fair Deal Consultation June 2011
This the NUT’s response to the recent Treasury Fair Deal consultation – covering pension arrangements when public sector workers are moved into the private sector. We argue that Fair Deal should be maintained and that teachers in academies, free schools and independent schools should maintain access to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme.
