TUC Model Agreement - Guidance Note and Key Principles (November 2012)
This updated TUC guidance supplements the TUC model recognition agreement for academies and is intended to help in discussions at school level by explaining the trade unions’ position in order to overcome objections to adoption of the TUC agreement.
