Appraisal/Performance Management and Capability: Reps Pack for School Meetings
The Government has announced punitive new arrangements for teacher appraisal and capability. In response to this the NUT has launched a major national campaign to make sure that teachers retain their right to access fair appraisal and capability procedures.
