DCSF Guidance on Schools Causing Concern
The revised legal provisions in the Education Act 2006 came into effect on 1 April 2007. New statutory guidance on schools causing concern was issued by the DCSF in May 2007 and replaces that issued in 2006, guidance upon which was contained in Union Circular 06-052/EEO.
