  Get what you want from coaching and mentoring. Unique to NUT members.
  
  Too often, training and materials for mentoring and coaching focus exclusively on the skills of coaches and mentors themselves. Now, the Centre for the Use of Research and Evidence in Education (CUREE) has developed for NUT CPD Programme an interactive, multimedia, distance learning resource. It enables teachers who are being coached or mentored to act confidently when they are discussing their teaching and learning with their coaches or mentors. This resource will put NUT members in charge of their own learning and enhance their skills.

• A to Z of Peer Coaching: A summary of the approach to peer coaching, developed by the NUT, which offers guidance and support materials for teachers wishing to engage in 'non-threatening, non-judgmental' classroom observation and feedback with other teachers. Click here.

• Peer Coaching: Peer coaching is introduced on all of the NUT's TEACHER2TEACHER Professional Development Programme.
