Some people have been unable to get to the log in screen of Hearth, and are still receiving the offline message. This is due to a cache issue on your machine/network/ISP server.

In the first instance please delete all of your browsing history. You can find simple instructions on how to do this here http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000510.htm. Once you have done this close the web browser, open a new one and type in www.teachers.org.uk/hearth.

If you still cannot get to the log in page, and you are not on an office network, please close down your machine, turn your router off, leave it for two minutes, turn it on and then reconnect your machine.

If you are on a network please contact your network administrator for assistance. If this still doesn't work, it means the 'bad page' is stored in a server cache (memory) at your ISP. This will clear in time, but you could try contacting their helpdesk for assistance.
