The annual Young Teachers' Conference is held at the Union's National Training Centre, Stoke Rochford Hall, near Grantham in Lincolnshire. The next Young Teachers' Conference will be held in the summer term 2013.

All in service teachers aged 35 or under are eligible to attend.

The Young Teachers' Conference provides young teachers with the opportunity to meet and network with other young teachers from across England and Wales. It aims to support young teachers already active in the NUT and to encourage other young teachers to become active within the NUT.
