A schedule of policy reviews was discussed. The employer is keen to have reviews every 3 years. TU side preference is every 2 years maximum. Discussions continue.
Currently under review is the Whistle-blowing policy. A number of comments were made. These will be followed up by remaining comments to be submitted by February 12.A copy of the recognition agreement was discussed. The employer will provide to the Unions a copy of all schools with details of buy in.
